Shipping & Delivery

We Deliver World Wide! If you're an international customer, please contact us. We currently use DHL for our deliveries. We also use Diamond couriers for same day delivery in the Edinburgh area. However, this service is only available on certain orders, and is limited to Edinburgh within the city bypass. Within the UK, DHL offer a next day service, except for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and public holidays. DHL deliveries to Europe are usually between 2-8 working days, depending on country. The process of printing or embroidering on garments can take up to 10 working days, depending on the design. Please contact us if you wish to confirm timescales. If your order is needed sooner than this, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will confirm if it is possible. All goods will be delivered to the agreed delivery address. Depending on your type of order, we may deliver the goods in instalments as items become ready to ship.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. WS Uniform may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page on a regular basis to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
  • if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us using our contact form.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to our main office address visible on our contact page.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible using the information on our contact page. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Returns & Replacements

You may return unused goods for full credit to us up to 30 days after delivery, so long as they are not made to order, tabbed or personalised in any way, have not been worn, or altered in any way, are still in the original packaging and otherwise fit to be returned to stock.

We will not provide any refunds or credit for non-defective goods more than 30 days after the date of delivery. We reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee to cover our reasonable costs for dealing with and restocking any goods returned after the 30 day period. Where faulty goods are returned for replacement, we reserve the right to credit or refund their price instead of replacing them. Where returning goods, you must retain proof of postage until we supply you with a credit note confirming that we have received the returned goods. Subject to paragraph 28 of our Terms & Conditions, you have the additional right to cancel any order without charge at any time up to the eighth working day after you have received the goods. This right may be exercised by informing us in writing within that period that you do not wish to proceed with the order, and returning any goods delivered.

You may request a refund to your card or bank account. To request a refund, send your WS Printing order number to us using our contact form. Include the words ‘Refund Request’ in the subject of the e-mail. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions page for further details.

Ordering

Ordering couldn’t be easier. Once you've found a product you love, simply select colour, size and quantity, then "Add to Cart".  Repeat for different sizes, colours and garments.  When you are ready, you can click "View Bag" on the pop out or click on the small basket in the top right of your screen.  Check your order carefully before peoceeding with one of the options under your order total.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

There are various methods of paying for your order. This can be done through the website at the end of your order process, over the phone, by cash or by bank transfer. Please note that the the price of the goods is exclusive of any applicable VAT and that this will be added at the end of your order. When we have promotions available on certain items, we will let you know using the email address you provide. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please let us know.

Viewing Orders

Once you have created an account, you can log in to view your orders at any time. We can also send you .PDF order advices if preferred.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information, such as addresses, phone numbers and contact names, either through your online account or through our contact page.
